It's not about being perfect. It's just about opening our hearts.

Our books and programs take a heart-centered, friendly and flexible approach to helping everyone bring more compassionate, conscious choices into our daily lives.

We educate about ways we all can help people, animals & the planet, in small and big ways — by focusing on the stories of people who have.

Our goal is to inspire a new generation of Solutionaries — people seeking positive solutions to the problems of our world.

Our mission is to use real people's life experiences to help us understand how we can each help create a kinder, healthier future for our planet.

And our motto is "MOGO" — aiming for the "MOst GOod, least harm" options. Not worrying about perfection, simply caring about our impact, and doing our best.

If we all do that, imagine the difference we can make!

Founded by a mom (writer, educator, artist) with a passion for making a difference.

Our founder, Meeg Pincus, M.A., has spent over 20 years as a professional writer/editor, educator and artist. She's spent more than half of that time as a parent as well.

Meeg's passion for creating a kinder, healthier world for her children — and all of our children — inspired her to start teaching and writing/illustrating books and programs about humane living for "children & their grown-ups," and to launch SolutionaryStories.org.

Meeg is a trained humane educator — a Certified Instructor for the non-profit HEART, and a Certified World Peace Diet Facilitator, who has also trained with the non-profit Institute for Humane Education. Throughout her adult life, she has taught people of all ages, from kindergartners to senior citizens.

She is also a children's author, writing non-fiction stories about real Solutionaries whose large and small actions have made a difference for people, animals or the planet. (And she's well-published as a non-fiction writer for adults, using her full name: Megan Pincus Kajitani.)
